Return and Refund Policy of EDD Health International (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Thank you for choosing the services of EDD Health International (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "EDD Health", "we" or "the Company"). Your satisfaction is of great importance to us. Given that EDD Health mainly provides retail services, its return and refund policy may vary significantly depending on the specific services and product types. This policy outlines general principles, procedures, and the application forms you need to complete.

I. General Provisions

  1. Scope of the Policy: This policy applies to services and products you purchase through EDD Health’s official website, mobile application (App), or other officially designated channels.

  3. Request Timeframe:
    • Physical Products: Generally, you may submit a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date you sign for the product (based on the logistics signature time), provided that the relevant conditions are met.
    • Digital Services/Virtual Products (e.g., online consultations): Once such services are provided (e.g., the consultation is completed), refunds may generally not be available unless there are serious service quality issues or special circumstances as required by laws and regulations. For details, please be sure to carefully read the agreement terms when purchasing the service.
  4. Basic Conditions (Mainly for Physical Products):
    • The product shall remain intact and unused (except for quality issues).
    • The original packaging, labels, accessories, instruction manuals, and all gifts shall be included.
    • Valid purchase proof shall be provided, such as the order number, electronic invoice, or receipt.
  5. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Situations (Generally including but not limited to):
    • For non-quality reasons (e.g., incorrect purchase, over-purchase, or dissatisfaction with the product), a certain return handling fee may be deducted for returns, and the shipping cost shall be borne by the customer.
    • Products that are not suitable for return in accordance with laws and regulations or due to product nature (e.g., personal hygiene-related products that have been opened and used, customized products, software licenses, and completed online consultation services).
    • Requests submitted beyond the specified return/exchange timeframe.
    • Products with defects caused by man-made damage or improper storage.

II. Return and Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service and Submit a Request

  • First, contact EDD Health’s customer service through the above method, and explain your order information, the reason for the return/refund, and your needs.
  • Follow the customer service’s instructions to fill out theReturn/Refund Application Form. You may need to submit the form and photos of relevant proof via email or an online form.

Step 2: Review and Feedback

  • EDD Health’s customer service and relevant departments will review your application after receiving it. Please keep your communication channels open in case they need to confirm more details with you.
  • If the review is approved, the customer service will notify you via email or SMS and inform you of the next steps, such as:
    • The return address.
    • The Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Specific refund arrangements or exchange procedures.

Step 3: Return the Product

  • This step applies only to physical products that need to be returned.
  • Please pack the product using the original packaging or appropriate packaging materials to avoid damage during transportation.
  • It is strongly recommended that you choose a trackable logistics method to send back the product and keep the logistics receipt until the refund is completed.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number provided by the customer service on the outside of the package, or follow the customer service’s requirements.
  • If the return/exchange is not due to EDD Health or product quality issues (e.g., you don’t like the product, over-purchase), the return shipping cost shall generally be borne by you.

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • After EDD Health receives and confirms that the returned product meets the return policy requirements, the refund process will be initiated.
  • Refund Method: Generally, the funds will be returned to your original payment account (e.g., original credit card, UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay) via the same channel.
  • Refund Timeframe: The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment institution, and generally takes 1-3 working days or longer (calculated from the date EDD Health confirms that the refund conditions are met).
  • For service orders that meet the refund conditions, the refund will be processed in a similar manner. For specific timeframes, please consult customer service.

III. Supplementary Notes

  • Definition of Quality Issues: If there is a dispute over whether a product has a quality issue, it shall be subject to the inspection report issued by the manufacturer or its authorized after-sales service center.
  • Policy Revision: EDD Health reserves the right to revise this policy. The updated policy will be published on the official platform. If you continue to use EDD Health’s services after the revision of this policy, it indicates that you accept the updated policy.
